Absolutely the worst!! Ten days for a 38GB backup?!! (Not sure if this is all Carbonite‘s ‘fault’, or maybe the service provider’s limitations on how much can be up/downloaded per 24 hrs.). At any rate, glad I went for the trial so it’s easy to cancel. Going to give Backblaze a try. (Yes, computer was on 24/7; shut off the sleep mode; etc.). But who knows – Backblaze might be just as slow or slower. If so, back to backing up to an external hard drive. Norm B.
